Hiking Trails

There is an abundance of magnificent hiking trails to suit everybody's moods, preferences, and fitness levels. Just a short walk from our entrance is the trailhead of the Jess Weaver Trail, also known as the No Name Creek Trail. It winds up the mountain along the creek for miles of undisturbed tranquility all the way to the Flattops.Hop on a bike or in your car for a quick ride to the Hanging Lake Trail. This is the most heavily hiked trail in Colorado for good reason. At the end of a 1.1 mile trek up the mountain you are rewarded with the stunning views of Hanging Lake Bridal Falls, and Sprouting Rock. Well worth the hike! There are so many hiking trails to tackle during your stay with us in and around No Name and Glenwood Springs. Try Storm King Memorial Trail, the Boy Scout Trail, Red Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Grizzly Creek Trail, the 16 mile(easy going) Glenwood Canyon Recreational Trail and the short trail up to Doc Holliday's grave — just to name a few. Stop by our office or the Glenwood Springs Chamber of Commerce for more information or detailed maps of the area trails.
